AIDoc Flow — built in the open
Hi. This is aidoc-flow.io — the dev site. Docs, changelog,
work-in-progress, half-baked ideas. The polished pitch lives at
aidoc-flow.ai (ships when there's something worth polishing).
Here we're building.
What's here today
- Claude Code plugin Pre-release v0.20.1 — install with one command from a Claude Code session
- GitHub repository — framework spec, plugin source, Hermes MCP server, examples
- Support — report a bug, share feedback, or contact us
The modules
The pieces of the pipeline — from creating a spec to running it — at very different stages of done. One is open today; the rest are still on the bench, private for now.
- iplan-runner OSS · pre-1.0 — the execution plane: turns an approved IPLAN into auditable execution
- iplanic Private · design — the hosted control plane for IPLANs and IPLAN chains
- knowledge-rag Private · in development — the GraphRAG knowledge module behind retrievable context
- operations Private — the AI-employees team that runs the company, in the open
What we're building
AIDoc Flow turns vague intent into AI-ready specs through an eight-layer flow — BRD → PRD → EARS → BDD → ADR → SPEC → TDD → IPLAN — with a CHG governance overlay and an independent multi-persona review crew on every layer. The framework is open-source; the spec is the source of truth.
Found a bug, surprised by a behaviour, have a half-formed idea? The Support page has three channels — GitHub for bugs and feedback, plus a Contact-us channel for visitors without GitHub (v2). The messier, the better — this is the lab, not the showroom.
