Hi. This is aidoc-flow.io — the dev site. Docs, changelog, work-in-progress, half-baked ideas. The polished pitch lives at aidoc-flow.ai (ships when there's something worth polishing). Here we're building.

What we're building

AIDoc Flow turns vague intent into AI-ready specs through an eight-layer flow — BRD → PRD → EARS → BDD → ADR → SPEC → TDD → IPLAN — with a CHG governance overlay and an independent multi-persona review crew on every layer. The framework is open-source; the spec is the source of truth.

Found a bug, surprised by a behaviour, have a half-formed idea? The Support page has three channels — GitHub for bugs and feedback, plus a Contact-us channel for visitors without GitHub (v2). The messier, the better — this is the lab, not the showroom.
